This store has been going through some challenges lately… store projects, turn over, etc. However today we went in and you could tell such a different in the merchandising and the cleanliness of the store. People do not understand how difficult retail is and especially on limited hours to offer. Bravo to them.

Melanie was friendly and quickly helped me find what I was looking for. The item I needed was cheaper online and I was able to order it online and pickup within minutes from the store!

Lots of changes happening in this store and I can personally see a big difference… with big differences to come. The District Manager Arika is only a year in role and has been in that store doing the very best she can to clean it up and fix up and continue making changes. Covid changed retail completely and if you’ve never worked in the retail industry I know that’s hard to understand but please be patient with this location as the best is yet to come!

Store Manager was very helpful. Store cleanliness has gotten wayyy better, as a customer you shouldn’t come destroy a store, then blame them for having a hard time keeping it clean! Hints the “help us keep the store clean” signs. Being in retail for many many years I understand they are doing their best with such a little staff.

I recently visited the Birmingham Galleria Mall store and was surprised to see how neat and clean it was! It was easy to find things and the signage was clear. Just a 360 turn around from how the store looked a few months ago. I was greeted by Melanie who was nice and listened to my needs. I will definitely continue to shop at this location. Thanks 😊

had a great experience at The Children’s Place at the Riverchase Galleria. The store was clean, organized, and had a great selection. The staff was friendly and helpful, and checkout was quick and easy. Overall it was a pleasant shopping experience and I will definitely be back for my kids’ clothes.
